- North Shore (Athabasca) Property totals 117,853 hectares
- Property is divided into 3 priority areas
- A (Possible outlier of Athabasca Basin)
- B (Allen Fault Zone)
- C (Grey Willow Point)
- 2006-7 Exploration – Airborne electromagnetic / magnetic geophysical survey(s); lithogeochemical surveys ; data compilation
- 2007 (Planned) Exploration – follow-up prospecting, mapping and drilling
Fort Chipewyan Outlier - Area A map
- Postulated outlier of Athabasca Sandstone approximately 10 km in diameter
- 2006 Exploration discovered extensive anomalous zone coincident with a through-going structure.
- Autunite and Pitchblende discovered in a brecciated granitic unit
- Samples collected returned a high of 0.521 %U3O8
- Exploration targets include unconformity, sub-unconformity and vein-type Uranium Deposits
-
Northern continuation of a regional, north trending fault zone, which crosses through Area A
-
A large number of radiometric anomalies, with some anomalies up to 15,000 cps, have shown to be causative by uraniferous bolders, including 0.32% and 0.43% U3O8. The bolder with 0.43% U3O8 is hematitic and very altered.
-
2006 exploration discovered large area to the southeast of extensive hematite alteration.Samples collected returned a high of 0.058 %U3O8
-
Exploration targets include unconformity, sub-unconformity and vein-type Uranium Deposits
Grey Willow Point - Area C map
- Located near the Alberta-Saskatchewan Border, along the northern margin of the Athabasca Basin.
- Over 200 boulders with up to 0.95% U3O8 were identified. This area has been the subject of about 100 drill holes, which targeted an unconformity style deposit.
- Area briefly visited in 2006 with several U boulders found. Assay high of 0.262 %U3O8
- Detailed prospecting and mapping is planned for this area in 2007
- Exploration targets include unconformity, sub-unconformity and vein-type Uranium Deposits
