Graham L. Harris – Chairman, CEO & Director

• Mr. Harris has over 18 years of experience in the finance industry.
• Former Senior Vice President and Director at Canaccord Capital Corp. from 1999 to 2004.  Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and Director of Yorkton Securities. 
• While being employed by two of Canada’s top brokerage houses, Mr. Harris was consistently a Top 10 producer nation wide. 
• Mr. Harris has raised over $50 million for public and private companies in both the resource and high tech segments of capital markets. 
• Mr. Harris is also founder and director of ATW Venture Corp  
• Mr. Harris obtained his BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia, Canada in 1986.

Marco Montecinos – VP Exploration, Director

• Mr. Montecinos is a respected exploration professional with over 23 years experience in exploration projects and business development in North and Central America.
• Serves as Senior Exploration Consultant for Intrepid Minerals Corp and is engaged in exploration activities in El Salvador. 
• Prior to joining Intrepid, he was Vice President of Exploration for Montana Gold and instrumental in the discovery of the Marlin Deposit in Guatemala (now in production and the biggest gold deposit in the region). 
• From 1983 to 1997 he was an exploration geologist for junior, intermediate and senior companies, including Francisco Gold, Phelps Dodge, Placer Dome, Billiton, Alta Gold and Nerco Minerals. 
• A native of Chile, Marco holds a B.A. degree from Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado and is member of the Geological Society of Nevada.

Robert Schafer – Director

• Mr. Schafer has over 26 years in the mining industry and has worked on virtually all continents and has several deposits credited to his discovery record. 
• Joined Hunter Dickinson Inc. in 2005 as Vice President, Business Development.  Hunter Dickinson Inc., a private company that provides management, financial and technical services to a group of Toronto Stock Exchange listed companies that are involved with exploration and mining globally covering a spectrum of commodities. 
• Prior to joining Hunter Dickinson, Mr. Schafer was Regional Exploration Manager with BHP Minerals. Mr. Schafer was employed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Coniagas Resources Ltd. from 2002 to 2004 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Castlerock Resources Inc. from 2002 to 2004.  Prior to that, he was VP Exploration at Kinross Gold Corporation from 1996 to 2001.  
• Mr. Schafer was recently elected President of the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America of which he has been a member since 1993. 
• Mr. Schafer is active with industry support groups as a member of the Board of Directors for the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration.
• In 2001 Mr. Schafer received the AIME Saunders Gold Medal for his achievements in the mining industry, and was elected as a Distinguished Member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration in 2006. 
• Received a BSc. in Geology from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) in 1974, a MSc. in Geology from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) in 1976, a MSc. in Mineral Economics from the University of Arizona in 1980 and a PhD in Geology from the University of Arizona in 1979.

Edward R Kruchkowski – Director

• Mr Kruchkowski has been working as a professional geologist and consultant for 35 years throughout North and South America.
• Senior Geologist for E&B Explorations, supervising over 20 uranium exploration programs in Canada and the United States during the late 1970’s and early 1980’s.
• Responsible for numerous precious metals, base metals and uranium deposit discoveries over 35 years of acquiring claims for clients in Canada, USA and Mexico.
• Member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta and Received a B.Sc. from the University of Alberta in 1972, specializing in Geology.

Richard Silas – CFO, Director

• Mr. Silas has over 11 years of administrating junior resources companies. 
• Has served as a Director for several public and private companies in Canada and the United States.
• For the past eight years Mr. Silas has been President of Universal Solutions, which provides management and administrative services for TSX Venture Exchange companies.
• Currently, he is also a Director and Corporate Secretary for Northern Star Mining Corp., a TSX listed Company. 
• Mr. Silas completed the Securities Program (Going Public, Director/Officers and Continuous Disclosure) at Simon Fraser University in 1997.

Andrew W. Bowering - Director

• Mr. Bowering is a corporate administrator with 17 years experience in the financing and management of exploration, development and start-up companies. 
• Has has held senior executive positions and directorships in numerous public companies involved in mineral exploration in Canada, the United States, Mexico and China. 
• Currently, Mr. Bowering is the CFO and Director of ATW Venture Corp and Director of Pinnacle Mines. 
• Mr. Bowering has an in-depth knowledge of securities markets, regulatory affairs and investor/public relations. 
• He obtained his BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of British Columbia, Canada in 1986.
